How a plaque order works here

Send the wording, a logo if you have one, and the piece you like from this collection. A proof comes back inside 48 hours at no charge and with no strings attached. Most pieces are ready 3-5 business days after approval; pack items and larger runs take longer, and we confirm the date in your quote. Pick up free in Riverside County, or we ship it anywhere in the country.

Big online distributors want 50 to 500 pieces and take payment before you see artwork. We work differently. One maker handles your job from proof to pickup. Single pieces and sets come in exact counts. Pack items can run up to 5% over or under, and you are billed for what ships. If a piece carries a setup charge, it shows on your quote before you approve. Payment comes after approval by secure invoice, card or Shop Pay, Zelle with no fee, or check.

Crystal, walnut, cork, and recognition in packs

This collection covers wall plaques in walnut and gold finishes, crystal and mirror awards on wood bases, wedge and arch desk awards, a cork and wood plaque, and metal plates for name plates and signage. For larger programs we also make challenge coins, struck medals, and custom-cut acrylic, produced in volume runs and sold in packs. Each shows its pack count on its product page.

Year-end awards, monthly employee recognition, retirement, coach appreciation, graduation, a memorial for a veteran: name the occasion and the count. Yes. Most plaques and awards here are marked single pieces welcome, so one retirement plaque or one coach award is a normal order for us. Pack items show a pack count on their product page.

What happens before I pay for an award?

You see a proof first. The digital mockup goes out inside 48 hours at no cost, and production starts only once your "approved" reply arrives by email or text. The invoice follows that reply.

How soon can an award be ready?

Can I pick up my plaque locally?

Yes. Inland Empire pickup is free of charge, and shipping anywhere in the US is available too.
