Effective Date: September 6, 2026 · Last Updated: October 18, 2026
We make custom products for customers across the Inland Empire, and we ship nationwide. This policy explains how production time and shipping time work together, what to expect, and who is responsible at each step. It is part of our Terms of Service and is binding on every order. We may update this policy. The version posted on the day you approve your proof or place your order applies to that order.
Your delivery date is the sum of two separate timelines:
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders approved after 12:00 PM Pacific are counted from the next business day.
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout or on your quote based on package weight, dimensions, and destination, and may be adjusted if the final packed weight or dimensions differ materially from the estimate. We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx and select the most reliable method for your order unless you choose a specific service at checkout.
Available methods (continental U.S.):
Free shipping promotions, when offered, apply to standard ground service within the continental United States only, cannot be combined with rush or expedited options, and may be withdrawn at any time. Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories ship at actual carrier cost. We do not ship internationally.
If you need your order faster than our standard production time, rush production is available on many items for an additional fee. Rush production applies only when we agree to it in writing on your quote or invoice. Rush production shortens the time we take to make your order; it does not change carrier transit time. If you need a guaranteed arrival date, choose rush production and an expedited shipping method, and get a guaranteed in-hands date from us in writing (Section 4) before approving your proof.
Rush production is subject to material availability, current workload, and prompt proof approval. If you delay proof approval or payment, the rush timeline resets from the time both are received. Rush fees are non-refundable except as stated in Section 4.
Many orders are for events, deadlines, and deliveries that cannot move. We commit to an in-hands date only when it is confirmed in writing on your quote or order confirmation, labeled as a guaranteed in-hands date, with our acknowledgment. An estimated completion or delivery date on a quote is an estimate, not a guarantee. A date in an order note, text message, phone call, or unacknowledged email is a request, not a guarantee.
If we miss a guaranteed in-hands date solely because of our production error, we will refund the rush production fee you paid; that refund is our sole liability for a missed date. We are not responsible for missed dates caused by late proof approval or payment, artwork problems, carrier delays, weather, natural disasters, incorrect addresses, or events outside our control, and rush fees are not refundable in those cases. We are not liable for event costs, lost sales, replacement purchases, or any other consequential loss arising from a late delivery. If your date is critical, order early and choose expedited shipping.
Tracking information is emailed to the address on your order, typically within one business day of shipment, and is also available in your account if you have one. It is your responsibility to monitor tracking and to be available to receive the delivery. If you have not received tracking within 2 business days of your expected ship date, contact us.
You are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address, including apartment, suite, or unit numbers, at the time of order. We ship to the address exactly as you provide it, and we are not responsible for verifying it.
If a package is returned because of an incomplete or incorrect address, or is delivered to an incorrect address you provided, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense, plus a $10 handling fee for repackaging. Packages delivered to a wrong address you provided are not eligible for remake or refund. We cannot change a shipping address once a package has shipped; carrier address changes, when available, are subject to carrier fees paid by you.
UPS and FedEx do not deliver to PO Boxes; USPS is used for PO Box addresses when package size allows. APO/FPO/DPO addresses ship via USPS only and may take significantly longer. Freight forwarders and third-party receiving addresses are shipped to at your risk.
Title and risk of loss transfer to you when we deliver your package to the carrier or, for direct-ship items (Section 10), when the package is handed to the carrier where it ships from. Once a shipment is in the carrier's possession, delivery timing, handling, and delivery confirmation are the carrier's responsibility, and our obligation is to assist you with a carrier claim as described below.
Carrier delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier error, weather, natural disasters, holiday volume, or other events outside our control. Shipping charges are not refundable for carrier delays, including delays on expedited services.
"Delivered" means delivered. A carrier scan showing delivery to the address you provided is conclusive evidence of delivery. If tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the package, check with household members, neighbors, building management, mailroom, and the carrier's local office. Contact us within 3 days of the delivery scan and we will open a carrier trace on your behalf. We do not replace or refund packages marked as delivered unless the carrier's investigation confirms mis-delivery, and we are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery. Consider shipping to a business address or requesting signature confirmation for high-value orders.
Lost in transit. If tracking shows no movement for 7 business days (ground) or 3 business days (expedited), contact us and we will file a carrier claim. Once the carrier confirms the loss, we will remake and reship your order at no charge; this is your sole remedy for a lost shipment.
Declared value and insurance. Carriers include limited liability coverage (typically $100 per package). For orders over $100, you may purchase additional declared-value coverage at checkout or by request. If you decline additional coverage, you accept that any loss or damage recovery is limited to the carrier's standard liability, and our remake obligation for lost or damaged shipments is limited accordingly.
Signature requirements. Orders over $500 may require a signature at delivery. You may request signature confirmation on any order for an additional fee. If you waive signature or authorize the carrier to release a package without signature, you assume the risk of loss after release.
Third-party shipping accounts. If you ask us to ship on your own carrier account, you are responsible for all charges, claims, and losses on that shipment, and we have no obligation to file claims.
We pack every order carefully, but damage can occur in transit. If your package arrives damaged:
We will file the carrier claim and remake the damaged items once the carrier accepts the claim, or sooner at our discretion. Claims reported after 5 days, without packaging and photographs, or for freight damage not noted at delivery cannot be honored because the carrier will not accept them. Do not refuse a visibly damaged package; accept it, document it, and contact us. Refused packages are treated under Section 12.
We can ship a single order to multiple addresses on request, with a separate shipping charge for each destination. Provide the address breakdown in writing before proof approval; addresses added later may delay the order and incur additional handling fees. Large orders and orders with several products may ship in more than one package, on more than one date, or from more than one location, and you will receive tracking for each. Partial shipments are not grounds for refund, cancellation, or delayed payment.
Some items are made at, and shipped directly from, the facility that produces them rather than our shop. These are "direct-ship items." They follow that facility's production and transit schedule, may arrive in packaging other than ours, and may arrive separately from the rest of your order. Transit times for direct-ship items are estimates.
Local pickup in the Inland Empire is available free of charge by appointment. We will email or text you when your order is ready and give you the pickup location when we set your appointment. Bring your order confirmation or a photo ID matching the name on the order; we may decline release to anyone else without your written authorization. Once released for pickup, risk of loss passes to you. Orders not picked up within 30 days of the ready notification are treated as fulfilled and accepted, may incur storage fees, and may be disposed of after 60 days without refund. If you would prefer we ship an order originally marked for pickup, shipping charges apply.
Packages refused at delivery or returned to us as undeliverable are deemed delivered and are not eligible for a refund. We will hold returned packages for 30 days and contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense plus a handling fee. Storage fees may apply after 30 days (see Terms of Service, Section 5.6). Because the products are custom, unclaimed packages may be disposed of after 60 days without refund.
Production and carrier volumes increase significantly before major holidays. We publish order-by dates for holiday delivery on the Site each season. Orders placed or approved after a published cutoff are not guaranteed to arrive before the holiday even with rush production or expedited shipping, and rush fees on such orders are not refundable.
