Accessibility Statement
Inland Engravings is a small, veteran and woman owned shop in the Inland Empire. We want anyone who wants engraving, printing or promotional work to be able to ask us for it, whatever device or assistive technology they use.
What we are aiming for
We build this site against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. We have not had an independent audit, so we do not claim full conformance. We are telling you what we have actually done and what we know is still short.
What is in place today
- Every form field has a visible label, and errors are announced to screen readers rather than shown only in colour.
- Keyboard focus is visible throughout, and you can reach and submit every form without a mouse.
- Images carry alternative text, and decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Pages use real headings and breadcrumbs so their structure can be navigated.
- The home page video is silent, never takes over the page, and does not play at all if your device asks for reduced motion.
- Our pages are built as real HTML, so they work with assistive technology rather than only with JavaScript.
Where we know we fall short
We would rather name these than let you discover them.
- We have not completed a full screen-reader pass over every page.
- Some product photographs are stock images, and their alternative text is more general than we would like.
These are on our list, not forgotten.
If something gets in your way
Tell us and we will fix it, and we will help you place your order in the meantime. There is no form you have to use.
- Email info@inlandengravings.com
- Call or text (909) 265-3656, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific
Please tell us the page you were on and what happened. We aim to reply within two business days. If a barrier stops you ordering, we will take your details by phone or email and set the job up for you ourselves.
