Inland Engravings is woman- and veteran-owned, working out of an Inland Empire, CA workshop. We make drinkware, apparel, and signs as singles or short runs, and we produce lanyards, stickers, pins, totes, and coins by the pack when you need them in volume. Pack sizes are listed on each product so you know the count before you ask.

How ordering works

Send us your logo and say what you have in mind. A free digital proof follows within 48 hours, no obligation. An emailed or texted "approved" is what starts production, and there is no payment before that point. Most pieces are ready 3-5 business days after approval; pack items and larger runs take longer, and we confirm the date in your quote. Free pickup at our Inland Empire workshop, or shipping nationwide.

No setup fee on engraved tumblers, bottles, mugs, flasks, decanters, keychains, boards and boxes. If anything else carries a setup charge, it shows on your quote before you approve. Single pieces and sets come in exact counts, so a run of 30 tumblers means 30 tumblers, not 27 or 33. Pack items can run up to 5% over or under, and you are billed for what ships.

Common questions

Is there a minimum order for promotional products?

Not on items marked single pieces welcome; a single tumbler, sign, or shirt is fine. Promo items such as lanyards, pins, and stickers come by the pack, with the pack size listed on each product.

When is payment due on a promo order?

Only once the proof is approved, never before. The proof itself is free and arrives within 48 hours; once you reply with the word approved, via email or SMS, we invoice you, payable by card and Shop Pay through a secure invoice, Zelle (fee-free), or check.

Do pack items have setup charges?

Some do. If one applies, it shows on your quote before you approve. No setup fee on engraved tumblers, bottles, mugs, flasks, decanters, keychains, boards and boxes.

What is the turnaround on promotional items?

Can you brand drinkware or apparel in small quantities?
