To quote it, send us the item or material, the quantity (one piece is fine for anything marked single pieces welcome), the wording or artwork as a JPG or PDF, the date you need it, and whether you want pickup or shipping.
We make engraved awards and plaques; laser-engraved drinkware, cutting boards and gifts made to order for the Inland Empire; signs, banners and custom apparel; and promotional items like pins, lanyards and challenge coins sold by the pack. Nothing is made until you approve the proof. Most pieces are ready 3-5 business days after approval; pack items and larger runs take longer, and we confirm the date in your quote.
Once you approve your proof, we send a secure invoice by email or text. Pay online by card or Shop Pay, by Zelle (no fee), or by check. Larger jobs take a deposit up front and the balance at pickup or shipping.

Common questions
Do I need everything figured out before I reach out?
No. Send what you have: the item, roughly how many, the words or a logo, and the date you are working toward. If something is missing we ask, and the what-to-send post covers file types and low-res logos.
What happens after I send it?
Within 48 hours you get a digital proof: a mockup of the piece with your wording on it, plus a price. Say what to change and a revised version follows. Nothing is cut, printed or charged before your “approved” reply.
What am I agreeing to when I reply “approved”?
The piece exactly as that proof shows it: spelling, dates, layout, quantity. Work starts on that reply and the approved version is the spec, so give it one careful read first.
How long does it take?
Count on 3-5 business days from approval for most items, after the 48-hour window for the mockup, plus transit if it ships. Tight date? Put it in the form and we give you a plain yes or no before you approve anything. We do not promise a rush until we have looked at the schedule.
Can I get just one, or is there a minimum?
One is a normal request on most things we make: a single plaque, tumbler, cutting board or sign. Pins, lanyards, challenge coins and similar promotional items come by the pack, and the quote says so before you commit to anything.
Do I have to come pick it up?
No. Pickup is free if you are local to the Inland Empire. Outside the area we ship it to you, anywhere in the US. Choose one on the form so the quote reflects it.

I need a logo or design work, not engraving. Same process?
Design runs on its own track. We agree the scope first, a deposit opens the project, and the remainder is billed when you receive the final files. If that design then goes on a product, the product gets a proof like anything else, and design services has more.
