Care: Hand wash only with warm water and mild soap, towel dry, and stand boards upright to finish drying. Never soak or run them through the dishwasher. Rub the acacia, bamboo, and rubberwood with food-grade mineral oil whenever the wood looks dry. Keep citrus and vinegar off the marble. Dry the knives right after washing.
