Inland Engravings

Single Pieces Welcome

Most of what we make goes out as a single piece. One plaque. One tumbler. A lone yard sign. One tee in your size. If a product is marked single pieces welcome, the answer to "can I get just one?" is yes, and you get exactly the count you asked for. No setup fee on engraved tumblers, bottles, mugs, flasks, decanters, keychains, boards and boxes. If anything else carries a setup charge, it shows on your quote before you approve.

What works as a one-off

Laser engraving and UV printing take the same effort at one unit or forty, so cutting boards, decanters, folding knives, dog tags, memory boxes, and business cards cut from steel are all fair game as singles. Water bottles and tumblers get individual engraving. DTF heat-press tees are printed shirt by shirt, so a single graphic shirt is a normal request. Signs are built to one spec anyway: an acrylic lobby sign, banners, retractable stands, or an aluminum parking sign for the lot. A plaque or an award is one of a kind by nature.

What comes in packs

Promotional products play by different rules. Enamel pins, lanyards, stickers, challenge coins, socks, and screen-printed shirts are produced in volume runs that need setup or tooling, so they come in set pack sizes. Each lists its pack count in the title, and that count is the smallest run available. We proof the artwork the same way we do for a single piece.

A single item gets the same process as a hundred. Send your text, logo, or photo and a 48-hour free proof follows, nothing owed until you like it. Production starts only on an email or a text from you that says approved, and you pay only after seeing the artwork. Most singles are done three to five business days later. Inland Empire pickup costs you nothing; shipping goes nationwide.

Large online distributors need fifty to five hundred units and take your card before any artwork exists. The person who checks your file stays on your job until it is in your hands. Have one item in mind? Describe the piece and we quote it as one.

Common questions

Do you really take orders for a single item?

Yes. Many of our engraved and printed products are marked single pieces welcome, and one piece gets the same free proof and the same attention as a bulk run. Items with a pack count ship in packs.

Do you add setup for one piece?

Not on engraved tumblers, bottles, mugs, flasks, decanters, keychains, boards and boxes, at any quantity, one piece included. If anything else carries a setup charge, it shows on your quote before you approve. Pack-only promotional items are priced per pack.

How quickly can one piece be done?

Most items are ready three to five business days following your okay. Local pickup costs nothing; otherwise it ships.

Can I get one custom t-shirt?

Yes. DTF heat-press tees are printed individually, so one custom shirt is routine. Screen-printed shirts are produced in packs, with the count in the title.

Which items cannot be made as a single?

Volume-run promotional products such as enamel pins, lanyards, stickers, coins, and socks are listed with a pack count. That pack count is the smallest quantity available.

Is any payment due ahead of the proof?

No. Proof first, and it is free; expect it in under 48 hours. When an email or a text from you reads "approved", you settle the secure invoice by card or Shop Pay, by Zelle, or by check.
